For years the yard was a cost of doing business. It’s now the thing holding the rest of the operation back.
What we’re building.
Indrus builds the record the yard has never had: a continuous, measured account of every unit and every space, taken from the cameras a site already has.
We’re not trying to digitise the clipboard. A record only matters if the operation can act on it, so arrivals, door allocation and yard moves run off it directly. What we’re building toward is a site that coordinates itself, and people who spend the shift on exceptions instead of on the radio.

- Nothing new gets built.We work with the cameras and poles already on site. No trenching, no capital project, no facilities approval.
- Your footage isn’t ours to keep.It’s processed and discarded. No video is stored. What comes out is positions, times and events, and it’s your data.
Who builds it.
Indrus is built by mechatronics engineers who specialise in computer vision, with a track record of putting these systems into live industrial environments: more than five years of computer vision in mining and maritime logistics, and software built and deployed across health, education and construction.
The model is the straightforward part. The work is making it hold on a working site, on cameras that were hung for security rather than measurement, through glare, weather and occlusion, on units that carry no markings at all. That is what we have spent our careers on, and it is why Indrus commissions every site itself rather than handing it to an installer.
