A booking system holds the slot a carrier asked for. It can't see whether the truck has turned up, whether the door is being worked or only occupied, or that the trailer which finished at 10:30 is still on it. Indrus sees all three from your cameras, so your bookings come in and each door is allocated against what is actually at the dock.
