These terms apply when you use indrus.ai, which is run by Indrus Pty Ltd (ABN 75 685 887 156). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site describes Indrus and how it works in general terms. It isn’t professional, financial or operational advice, and it isn’t an offer. Any supply of Indrus to your organisation is covered by a separate written agreement.

We work to keep the information accurate and current, but products, figures and availability can change without notice.

The estimators on this site and the savings reports produced from the ROI calculator are indicative. They are built from the figures you enter and from modelled assumptions, including published industry rates. They aren’t measured results, quotes or guarantees.

Check any estimate against your own data before relying on it for a decision.

Photographs illustrate types of site. Unless we say so, they don’t show Indrus customers, deployments or particular locations. Product visuals and replays are illustrations of how Indrus presents a site.

The content, software, design, logos and trade marks on this site belong to Indrus or its licensors. You can view and share pages to evaluate Indrus for your organisation. You can’t copy, change or republish material from the site without our written permission, except as the law allows.

Don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, or tries to reach systems or information you aren’t authorised to access. Don’t submit false details, or someone else’s details without their permission, through our forms.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can’t be excluded.

Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the information again.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
